insulation resistance

Definition

The appropriate product category
The DC resistance indicating insulation characteristics between two specifiedpoints.
The appropriate product category
The electrical resistance between two conductors insulated by an insulating material. For electrical measurement, the electrical resistance between the input, output, and power supply circuits is generally considered important.
The appropriate product category
The resistance between discontinuous terminals, between each terminal and non-current-carrying metal parts, and between each terminal and ground.
The appropriate product category
The resistance when a DC current is applied between the input terminals and output terminals and between the I/O terminals and the metal case (heat sink).
The appropriate product category
The resistance between electrically insulated parts, such as charged metal parts and uncharged metal parts or the control output and the operation circuits.
The appropriate product category
The resistance of the isolated sections between contacts and coils, conducting terminals and uncharged metallic parts (e.g., core frame and core), or between contacts. This value is given for the Relay and does not include lands on PCBs. 1. Between coils and contacts: Between coil terminals and all contact terminals 2. Between contacts with different polarity: Between contact terminals of different polarity 3. Between contacts with the same polarity: Between contact terminals with the same polarity 4. Between set coils and reset coils: Between set coil terminals and reset coil terminals
