- This function is supported only by Analog I/O Slaves. The peak/bottom hold function holds the maximum (peak) or the minimum (bottom) input value to an Analog Input Unit. The maximum (peak) or minimum (bottom) value can be compared with an alarm set value and used to turn ON an alarm flag as status data. This is called the comparator function. The settings are made by using the CX-Integrator.
