Liquid Level Control of Various Pipes and Liquid

This application uses a pipe-mounting Capacitive Liquid-level Sensor that is not affected by the color of the pipe, the color of the liquid, or foams on the liquid surface.
This Sensor allows you to detect chemical liquid levels without being affected by the color of the pipe, the color of the liquid or foams on the liquid surface. Two models are available, one for pipes with a diameter from 8 to 11 mm and one for pipes with a diameter from 12 to 26 mm.

Know-How

Conventional optical sensors could not provide stable detection of liquid levels because they were adversely affected by the color of the pipe, the color of the liquid, and foams on the liquid surface.

Benefit / Efficiency

You can use a Capacitive Proximity Sensor with a wide range of applicable pipe diameters to detect liquid levels without being affected by the color of the pipe, the color of the liquid, or foam on the liquid surface. You can detect a minimum level difference of 4 mm in stages to control resist liquid levels.
