Inspecting the Quantity of Aluminum Vapor Deposited on Cathode-ray Tubes
Case Number 298
last update: July 7, 2009
This application monitors the aluminum vapor that is deposited on cathode-ray tubes with the reflection of a Photoelectric Sensor
The display shows the quantity of aluminum vapor that is deposited on the cathode-ray tubes in a way that is easy to understand. First, the system detects changes in the reflection of the Analog Photoelectric Sensor according to the quantity of vapor that is deposited. The scaling function of the Process Indicator converts the degree of change into an easily understood percentage for display to perform inspection. The system uses alarm outputs to indicate judgments.
Know-How
The system uses a K3HB-X Process Indicator, which is ideal to measure and judge analog quantities. The K3HB-X Process Indicator converts and displays the degree of reflection of the Photoelectric Sensor.
Benefit / Efficiency
The easily understood display improves inspection efficiency.
