Detection of Discharged Powder Quantitie
Case Number 296
last update: July 7, 2009
This application measures and monitors quantities of discharged powder.
An Analog Photoelectric Sensor detects the quantity of discharged powder. A Process Indicator scales and displays the linear output of 4 to 20 mA. Also, the system sends BCD data to the PLC to monitor the quantity of discharge.
Know-How
The system uses a Linear Proximity Sensor and a K3HB-X Process Indicator, which are ideal to measure and judge analog quantities.
Benefit / Efficiency
The system automatically monitors the quantity of discharged powder.
