RFID Tags (IC tags) are attached to pallets for charge-discharge tests. The location of batteries in the pallet, product information, lot information, and inspection criteria for the lot are written to the RFID Tags (IC tags). In the test process, the test setup is changed based on this information. RFID Tags (IC tags) can also store process completion flags and instructions for the next process.
After the charge-discharge tests are completed, sorting (ranking) information is written to the RFID Tag (IC tag).
In the sorting (ranking) process, information in RFID Tags (IC tags) is read and automatically sorted by the robot.

Know-How

Test criteria are written to RFID Tags (IC tags) attached to special pallets. The setup is changed easily by reading information for each battery in individual pallets in each process. It is also applicable to process history management.

Benefit / Efficiency

In contrast to management using bar codes, operation is reliable and efficient because the RFID Tags (IC tags) on pallets move to the next process with the necessary information. This also contributes to ISO 9000 certification.

In the sorting (ranking) process after the charge-discharge test, reliable and efficient sorting is easily performed with only the RFID Tag (IC tag) information. In addition, setup errors are also eliminated because information is unified even when there are diverse models.

It is easy to identify the process where a problem occurs using process history information to perform progress management and delivery tracking.
