Do not touch the terminals.
Doing so may result in electric shock.

Do not disassemble the product or touch any of the internal parts while power is being supplied Doing so may result in electric shock.

Perform ground construction properly. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, product failure, malfunction, or failure to operate.

Install and connect the product correctly. Failure to do so may result in product failure, burning, malfunction, or failure to operate.

Tighten terminal screws securely. Failure to do so may result in product failure or burning.

Connect the phases in the correct sequence. Failure to do so may result in product failure, malfunction, or failure to operate.

Restore all terminal covers and other protective covers that were removed during work procedures to their original positions. If they are not restored, electric shock may occur, e.g., during inspections.

Use power supplies to control and to input and transformers with sufficient capacities for ratings and load. Not doing so may result in malfunction or failure to operate.

Allow only qualified personnel to manage and handle the product.
Failure to do so may result in electric shock, injury, product failure, malfunction, or failure to operate.

Be sure you understand the contents of the datasheet before you attempt to handle or maintain the product. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, injury, product failure, malfunction, or failure to operate.

Use the product only under the conditions given in the datasheet.
Failure to do so may adversely affect product performance and life expectancy.

When you replace the product, use the same model with the same ratings and specifications. Failure to do so may result in product failure or burning. Before you use any other model, consult with the manufacturer.

Do not apply a voltage or current that exceeds the overload capacity. Not doing so may result in product failure or burning.

Do not touch the terminals or any other charged parts. Doing so may result in electric shock.

Request all repairs and modifications to the manufacturer. No responsibility is assumed for accidents that result from repairs or modifications (including those made to software) that are made without the permission of OMRON.
