- The appropriate product category
- An input from a current transformer (CT) is used to measure the current flowing to the heater. The input signal is used to detect heater burnout, heater short, heater overcurrent, and other problems. One CT input is used for a single-phase heater. Two CT inputs are used for a three-phase heater.
